Our Client is a Premier Convenience Retailer on the West Coast. They are looking for a Human Resource Manager to oversee their HR department.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
Identify staffing requirements needed to meet the goals and objectives of the organization
Implement and execute employee relations programs / practices that create a positive organizational culture and enable management effectiveness
Promote, monitor and measure the effectiveness of employee relations activities
Participate in the selection process, i.e., interviews, for people management positions
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required in a Human Resource related field preferred
Must have over 5 years in a Human Resource Manager position with a retailer
Highest level of integrity, energy, and intelligence
Demonstrated leadership qualities
Ability to build Teams, motivate, mentor, and inspire
Be a computer expert
