We have a need for a financial executive for an Inland Empire
company. I sit on a board of a company in need of a controller or
asst controller. The company is a $40M revenue retailer of sporting
goods based in Ontario. Retail experience would be nice but is not
essential. This position requires a hands-on, hard working
controller or asst controller and not a CFO senior executive type.
Salary range is probably $70K `ish for an asst controller and
$100K `ish depending on quals for controller. The direct report
would be the COO of the company. Company is running at about ebitda
B-E at this point and is owned by a P-E firm.
