The salary range on this will be $115k-$130k plus $25k-$50k bonus.

Our Global Institutional Operations group ("GIO") is the global operational engine that supports our research driven, rigorous investment process. Position description


As a manager in GIO, you will be actively engaged in redefining the operational environment that will support our business for years to come. You will coach and develop a team of motivated individuals and inspire them to achieve their highest potential. You will lead cross-functional global teams, and collaborate with senior management to define, launch and drive critical business initiatives. You will recommend accounting and operational solutions for our most complex investment transactions and work with others across the organization to ensure our high standards for quality and excellence are maintained.



What are we looking for?


-Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage people, including coaching and developing for excellent performance

-Strong analytical and problem solving skills

-Ability to achieve results and lead teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment

-Effective project management skills

-At least 8 years experience in finance, accounting or a related field

-A Bachelor's degree is required. CPA or MBA is a plus
