My client is a privately held distribution company about $100M. This
individual will report directly to the President of the company and
be responsible for leading the financial affairs of the company.

My client is looking for a "roll up your sleeves" individual. The
company has experienced significant growth over the past few years.
As I mentioned, they are about $100M for 2008, last year they were at
$47M, prior to that $16M and prior to that $4M.

75% of their revenue is direct response from TV advertising and 25%
retail. Their goal is to turn this around so that 75% or more of
their revenue is from retail.

They are anticipating 50% growth for 2009 and are about to go through
their first Big Four Audit.

My client is looking for someone who has a CPA along with Big 4
experience.

They are not flexible in these areas.
