Location: Laguna Beach, CABase Salary: 40.0 to 45.0k plus a very lucrative commission program. Store Director- Art- Home Decor- commission sales- for a National chain of retail art and home decor.Art Gallery Sales Experience a must!What you will be doing:~ promote sales~ lead consultants to meet or exceed sales goals~ build clientele~ provide leadership~ training and motivation of staff~ handle general management responsibilities which include administrative tasks, and working with the corporate office. What you need for this position:~ experienced Store Director/ Manager to store sales. ~ Must have a minimum of 3 years experience directing or managing an upscale retail establishment. ~ A strong retail sales and management background is required. ~ Must be articulate and personable, with excellent communication skills. ~ Home Decor and/or Art sales background a plusWhat's in it for you:~ Base salary in the 35 to 40k range and lucrative commission and sales bonus program. Can make over 100K~ an attractive salary, commission and bonus program~ great benefits.~ Excellent first year earning potential 50k-125k.
