The Business Coaching industry is booming and -- considering our brief discussion last night -- I would invite you to consider becoming a part of it. We are currently seeking both a part-time and a full-time business development executive and coach in Orange County. Each would acquire new clients through the building of relationships, referrals, networking, etc., and become certified as an Executive Coach within the first 90 days.
Our client base is comprised of business owners, executives and self-employed professionals. As part of an international organization of 160+ business coaches, you would help direct business people into The Growth Coach Workshops or towards one-on-one coaching. You would learn how to coach others effectively and make a positive difference in their lives. There are excellent resources and a proven process, developed over 16 years, to use on a daily basis. Because we are part of a large franchise network, there is a lot of excellent support to help us all succeed.
There is one week of training at our corporate headquarters in Ohio and, if full-time, a realistic six-figure income within 12 to 18 months. Local training and development are provided on an ongoing basis. There will be an opportunity to be part of The Growth Coach's annual international convention as well. (The most recent one was at Atlantis in the Bahamas.)
